When is the deposit charged?+
The $100 security deposit is charged at the time of booking. It is separate from your room rate and is fully refundable.
When do I get my deposit back?+
Your deposit is refunded within 7 business days after checkout, provided there is no damage to the room or property.
What if there is damage?+
In the rare case of damage, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded. You will be notified of any deductions.
